1Y-5Y SCHOOL /
EARLY LEARNING CENTER PROGRAM

For our younger age group, we use music and props to create a fun, sensory-rich experience.

Classes are calm, simple, and consistent—helping children feel safe as they learn.

Each week features a fresh yoga theme with 3–4 new poses, blended with familiar favourites.

Through playful games and movement, children build confidence, imagination, and body awareness.

Session times can be tailored to suit your centre's needs and typically would include:

​​   * 1 ~ 3 year olds – 20/30 minutes

   * 3 ~ 5 year olds – 30/45 minutes

AFTER-SCHOOL HOUR PROGRAM

Our after-school yoga classes offer a fun and calming way for kids to unwind after a busy day.

In each 45–60 minute session, we use games, music, and storytelling to boost focus, movement, and self-awareness.

Our qualified instructors come directly to your school, making it easy to bring mindful, engaging yoga to your students each week.

 One-Off Yoga Sessions for Holidays & Festivals

We know a full-term yoga program may not suit everyone, so we're offering one-off yoga sessions for holidays and special celebrations!

Attached is our 2025 schedule—book early to secure your spot and bring these joyful experiences to your centre.

PRIMARY SCHOOL PROGRAM

Each week, we explore a new yoga theme to keep classes fresh and engaging.

For younger students, yoga is taught through storytelling, music, and props—making it playful and easy to follow. Sessions include breathing, relaxation, and simple meditation.

Older students enjoy gentle flows, mindful movement, and guided relaxation to support flexibility, focus, and emotional wellbeing.

Session times can be tailored to suit your centre's needs and typically would include:

​​   * Pre ~ Grade 3 – 30/45 minutes

   * Grade 4 ~ Grade 6 – 45/60 minutes

LUNCH TIME PROGRAM

Lunchtime yoga is a fun and calming break in the school day, helping children build confidence, focus, and social connection.

Each week features a new theme with age-appropriate poses, breathing, and mindfulness. Children develop body awareness, coordination, and emotional balance in a supportive, playful space.

School holiday PROGRAM

A peaceful, playful way for children to move, rest, and recharge through yoga, breathing, creativity, and calm connection.

Parents are welcome to stay and observe, especially for Little Yogis.

Sessions by Age:
👶 Little Yogis (Ages 2.5–5, 35 mins): Gentle yoga, songs, stories & rest — perfect for little ones not yet in school or care.
🧒 Young Yogis (Ages 6–8, 45 mins): Yoga, mindfulness, creative play & guided relaxation.

Each session includes:

  • Age-appropriate yoga & movement

  • Breathing & meditation

  • Mindful creative activities (stories, drawing, crafts)

  • Quiet rest time

  • A calm, caring space — all mats & props provided!
