Term 1 -
Make your family time a blast

At the beginning of the year, we chose Family as our Term 1 theme, as children are returning from the holidays and often have many stories they are excited to share.
This theme also helps younger children settle and engage through warm and familiar family stories.
Throughout the term, children learn new yoga poses, breathing techniques, and calming skills to support the development of strong bodies and joyful hearts, while also building confidence, focus, emotional awareness, and overall wellbeing.

We provide all yoga mats, props, and flash cards; children just need to bring their joy to the class.

Supporting Children’s Wellbeing

Mindfulness and yoga are powerful tools that help children build self-regulation and emotional awareness.
Kids’ yoga is more than poses; it includes breathing exercises to calm the mind, mindful play to support emotional regulation, and relaxation to help children slow down and reset.
At UniQorn Yoga, we aim to make these benefits accessible for centres without adding extra pressure to your budget, while still creating a meaningful and engaging experience for children.

Nature Tales & Yoga Trails

In Term 2, children are invited on a 10-week “Nature Tales & Yoga Trails” journey, where storytelling and nature-inspired yoga help children build mindfulness and emotional skills in an engaging and nurturing way.
