Connecting with Nature -
A Seasonal Yoga Journey for Kids

In term 2, we’ll dive into playful yoga-inspired activities that celebrate what makes each season unique.
Autumn
As the leaves change colour and the air turns crisp, we’ll explore how these shifts affect not just nature—but our bodies and energy, too. We’ll introduce gentle breathwork to help lift spirits and boost energy during the cooler months.
Winter
With winter around the corner, some of you may be dreaming of cozy snow trips. But did you know many animals hibernate during the cold? Our Hibernate Yoga session will spark curiosity about how animals rest—and how we can slow down and recharge, too.
Spring
When spring arrives, it brings a burst of new energy! As flowers bloom and days grow longer, we’ll use yoga and mindfulness to refresh our minds and bodies, embracing the joy and growth this season inspires.
Summer
And of course, summer in Melbourne brings its own kind of magic—long days, daylight saving, music festivals, and sunny beach adventures. We’ll celebrate this vibrant time with fun, energetic movements to match the season’s lively vibe.
We strive to inspire, educate, and help kids appreciate the natural world around them.
By exploring the seasons, we help them develop gratitude for the little moments that make life so special.

Our Mother's Day -
Mother & Me Yoga Was Pure Magic

We had so much fun at our special Mother's Day Mother & Me yoga session!
We laughed, shared love, and created sweet memories together.
From wiggling our toes in tree pose to paddling our feet like we were bicycling to the park for a game of “I Spy,” every moment was filled with joy and connection.
As we curled up beside our little ones on our yoga mats during our final resting pose, we were reminded of how special these simple moments truly are.
Yes—what a gift it is to enjoy each other in the little things!

Can You Believe We're Already Halfway Through Term 2?

Time is flying, and we've had such a wonderful season of learning, laughter, and movement!
This term, our little yogis have been exploring nature and the changing seasons. They've been learning to slow down, notice the small things around them, and appreciate the beauty in everyday life.
During our autumn sessions, we introduced seasonal fruits and vegetables—like apples, pears, pumpkins, carrots, and even pomegranates. (Can you believe many kids had never tried pomegranate before? Their reactions were priceless!)
The highlight of the season was definitely watching the leaves change color. We jumped and danced among the falling leaves and played rounds of "I Spy"—a favorite game for kids and parents alike.
As we moved into our winter sessions, we talked about animals that hibernate and how—just like them—our bodies need rest, too. It's a beautiful reminder for the children to be thankful for their bodies and all the amazing things they do every day.
We also celebrated a special King’s Birthday yoga session in June, where we helped children understand the importance of honoring traditions and celebrating together.
