Designed For You

1Y-5Y SCHOOL /
EARLY LEARNING CENTER PROGRAM

We use music and props to engage younger age kids. We keep the class simple and calm to encourage kids to used to the routine.

We also run a new yoga theme each week to keep kids interested and engaged with the class. We explore different yoga poses through interactive activities and games

Session times can be tailored to suit your centre's needs and typically would include:

  • 1-3 year olds – 20/30 minutes

  • 3-5 year olds – 30/45 minutes

PRIMARY SCHOOL PROGRAM

 We run a new yoga theme each week to keep kids interested and engaged with the class. 

Besides yoga poses and breathing exercises, we also teach kids mindfulness and meditation to let them reduce stress and build confidence.

Session times can be tailored to suit your school's needs and typically would include:

  • Pre-Grade 3 : 30/45 minutes

  • Grade 4-Grade 6 : 45/60 minutes

AFTER-SCHOOL HOUR PROGRAM

Our after school yoga classes are designed to lead kids safely through a 45/60 minute yoga practice after school dismisses for the day using games, music and storytelling to encourage participation. We bring the yoga instructor directly to your child’s school for this weekly class.

LUNCH TIME PROGRAM

Kids' yoga during lunchtime is the best way to let your kids build nice relationships and confidence with their friends. 

We have a new weekly theme to engage children and we teach kids different yoga poses, breathing excised by multi activities.  

Kids are having fun and also learning body awareness, and motor skills.
